My RH expedition
Well, here’s another little story that should be told:
So there was this comic book event called KAPOW!, which would take place in London on a weekend in April 2011 (for the first time). And I thought “This is my call. I should go there!”
And here comes the fun part: a few weeks later The RH Experience (a youtube sensation I got to know via mr.tinoforever) announced their second live show - and it was on the same weekend. (I repeat: the same weekend!) Now guess who couldn’t wait to order a ticket?
Days went by and there I was sitting at Hamburg airport - a nervous wreck before his first flight. However, everything went well, and just two hours later I stood on British ground making my way to the center of London.
Then first thing in the morning (OK, after a quick breakfast) was the mission I’d call “finding the venue” (aka the Miller), which eventually I did (see picture).

So after a long day (sightseeing) I would find myself there again - for the big event (RH:LIVE). And considering the crowd that was gathering outside I got kinda nervous - even more when I saw familiar faces from certain online video sites. (Maybe I’m too old for this, but it was a bit surreal to me at that point because of all the excitement)
Oh, by the way… I managed to take a picture at the show (which I’m not proud of because it should have been more)

Now comes the review part: RH:LIVE was amazing! I had so much fun! It’s an incredible experience that’s not to be missed. Oh, and I just see that there’s a video about it:
Anyway, but the story is not over yet. After the show I got to say hello to those nice people responsible for this highlight of 2011. Lucky me. ^^ (tbh I was nervous and a bit tiddly) OK, so that’s it - I had a wonderful time.
And now to the surprise part of this (not so short) post: more fan art!
(I’m no master of photoshop, but I like me some vector based creativity from time to time.) Enjoy.

So this is my way of saying thank you to one of the best things youtube has brought me. @theRHexperience: All the best for your future projects and keep up the great work. Hope to see you soon.
